Brilio.net - The death of Tamara Tyasmara's son, Dante, has attracted public attention. The reason is, Dante's departure was considered strange. Until finally accusations emerged that Tamara's lover, Yudha Arfandi, was the one who caused Dante to die while in the swimming pool, Duren Sawit area, East Jakarta. Now Yudha has been named a suspect and will undergo trial.
Later news emerged that Angger Dimas, Tamara's ex-husband and Dante's biological father, admitted that he had not been informed about the trial which was apparently being held behind closed doors. Unbeknownst to him, it turned out that the trial of the child's murder case had been held until it entered the exception agenda.
Angger's attorney also did not know about the trial. As a result, Angger Dimas then wrote an open letter to the East Jakarta District Court as the authority hearing this case. The open letter was delivered via his Instagram account.
By uploading the black sailing post, Angger conveyed his feelings of extreme sadness and disappointment over this incident. Moreover, he is not someone else, but Dante's biological father. He regretted the East Jakarta District Court's attitude in not informing him.
"Dear East Jakarta District Court Council. I am the father of the late victim, Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo," said Angger Dimas, quoted from Instagram @anggerdimas on Friday (5/7).
Furthermore, Angger asked the Panel of Judges at the East Jakarta District Court to hold the next trial openly. He had no idea that the trial had already taken place twice. Because of this, he requested that his son's trial be carried out openly and provide justice for the victim's family.
"Through this open letter, I request that the next trial for the murder of my son: 328/Pid.B/2024/PN JKT.TIM be held openly so that this case becomes clear to us, the victim's family," he said.
Angger Dimas himself felt like he had missed out after learning that the trial in the case of his son's death was being held behind closed doors. Reportedly, the trial has been going on since June 27 2024. Not only Angger, it turns out Tamara is also said to not know anything.
"That's why I said I missed it. The mother's side also doesn't know what it's like. What the procedural law is like, we should have been told. Don't suddenly sneak up and only the other side will be present," he said, quoted from merdeka6.com.
