Azriel also admitted that he intended to continue his master's education by majoring in politics. This was done for the sake of his ambition to enter the world of politics, following in the footsteps of his parents who had already stepped into government seats as DPR RI.
"There are plans (to enter the world of politics) because I saw that when I first entered the DPR, Mimi also entered. So I want to study so I know what's inside," he added.
Regarding the many criticisms that say he doesn't have a job and compares him with his older brother, Aurel Hermansyah, Azriel doesn't mind this. Born into a family with a career in the entertainment world, Azriel is used to various comments from netizens.

"Because I have two big families on my shoulders. So it's natural that comments are normal. Since I was little, I've been (used to being commented on), since elementary school, even when I was with Sis Aurel, now there are things like this, so it's just normal. As is known, Azriel Hermansyah officially proposed to his girlfriend, Sarah Menzel, on June 27, right on her 24th birthday after 4 years of dating. Azriel proposed to his lover in front of extended families from both parties.
"Will you marry me? (Will you marry me?)," said Azriel in front of Sarah, to which his lover answered 'yes'.
