Brilio.net - Makeup is synonymous with a woman's daily routine. Some women wear makeup to beautify themselves, but there are also those who wear makeup to cover up the imperfections on their faces. More than that, using makeup will also make many people feel much more beautiful and will have an impact on growing self-confidence.
In line with this, choosing the right makeup products and tools will influence the makeup results. So, one of the makeup tools that is most often used to help apply makeup is a beauty blender. The beauty blender itself is an important makeup applicator to help blend foundation or powder.
Oval-shaped like an egg, a beauty blender will make the process of blending foundation easier so that it looks smooth and even. It's not surprising that this makeup tool is still an important tool in the makeup process. Because of this, currently there are many beauty blender products on the market with various shapes, materials and claims.
As is known, beauty blenders are usually made in hygienic factories and automatically using sophisticated machines. In contrast to this, it turns out that there are some people who actually make their own beauty blenders using unexpected ingredients.

Like one upload from the owner of the YouTube account @Sangsstyle, who made a beauty blender using socks and cotton or dacron. Even though it is made from unexpected ingredients , its function is no less than the factory beauty blender, you know. The reason is, when tried, this artificial beauty blender was still able to even out the foundation optimally. Come on, see how to make it below, as reported by briliobeauty.net from the YouTube account @Sangsstyle, Saturday (1/6).
First, the account owner appears to have cut the sock into 2 parts horizontally. After that, he was seen drawing a beauty blender sketch on his sock using some kind of marker. He is seen drawing round shapes like a beauty blender in general.

After that, he started sewing between the two sides of the sock according to the sketch he had made. This is done to make the container or outside of the beauty blender. During this process, the account owner appears to leave one side as a place to insert the cotton.
He then turned the sock inside out with the seam on the inside to make it look neater. Furthermore, he adds cotton or dacron until it is full (but not too full so that it doesn't become too hard or dense when used). Finally, the account owner sews the uncovered side using the same sewing thread.

To prove its function, he tried it on the back of his hand by pouring foundation and blending it using his homemade beauty blender. The results are really even, like using a factory beauty blender, you know. Are you interested in making and trying it?
