1. Take enough moisturizer
2. Apply to the eyebrows outwards (this is done so that the eyebrow hair is neater and in the same direction)
3. Frame the eyebrows using an eyebrow pencil according to the eyebrow line
4. Use your finger to pull the eyebrow hairs upwards (this trick will make the eyebrow pencil blend more and not block)
