Brilio.net - Lip color is one of the makeup products used by women to give a different impression to their appearance. Choosing lip color can make you look very feminine, young, bold and mature. However, the many variations of lip color can sometimes feel confusing for some people, because each has a different end result.
The reason is, as is known, currently there are many lip color products with various types and claims. These include lip cream, lip tint, lipstick, and lip ink.
Unlike lipstick and lip cream, lip ink has a more fluid and light texture. However, when applied to the lips it will give a fresh appearance to the lips. Lip ink is often confused with lip tint, even though both have different types of color pigments.
In line with this, recently the local brand Sea Makeup has just released a new product in the form of lip ink which is claimed to be transferproof and doesn't make your lips dry, you know. The light and pigmented formula is also its main attraction. The product in question is Sea Makeup Lacquer Shake Lip Ink which is priced at IDR 50 thousand.
So, to prove his claim, a Makeup Artist, via his personal TikTok account @rudensofian, tried to review the lip ink product which went viral on TikTok. Not only reviewing lip ink from Sea Makeup, the MUA also shows how to create an ombre lips look that results in 'kiyowo'.

" Ombreable lovers are gathered here, " he wrote in the caption of the uploaded video, which briliobeauty.net quoted from the TikTok account @rudensofian, Saturday (13/7).
At the beginning of the video, the MUA known as Ruden shows the client whose face is full of make-up. However, due to the client's request to use glossy lip color, Ruden applied a lipstick product with a glossy finish. However, when he put it on the glass, the client's lip color stuck to the glass.
"Are you still confused when a client requests glossy lipstick? Especially when you wear it for sungkeman, you're afraid it will smear everywhere," said Ruden.

So, to overcome this, Ruden chose a lip ink product from Sea Makeup which will provide glossy results but won't dry out the lips. Even the product is also transferproof. Before testing the transferproof claim, Ruden gave a way to apply lip ink which apparently can be used as ombre lips, you know.
First, apply blush on or eyeshadow to the lip line area first. This is done to make the lips more dimensional, as well as disguise the lip lines. Then, shake the lip ink first before using it. Apply one swatch then blend all over the lips using a brush.
"Just use one swatch because it's really pigmented," said Ruden.

Furthermore, Ruden added lip ink from the same brand, but with a more concentrated color pigment to create an ombre effect. Again, Ruden uses a brush to even it out so it blends better.
"Look at the results, they're amazing, they're really cute, they have a glossy finish, you don't have to worry about using lip gloss anymore, and the most important thing is that they're kissproof, guys," said Ruden.
Just like the previous lipstick test, Ruden also asked the client to kiss the glass to prove the Sea Makeup Lacquer Shake Lip Ink claim. As a result, the lip ink from Sea Makeup is truly kissproof. The reason is, none of the product sticks to the glass at all.
It didn't stop there, Ruden also asked his client to put a tissue to his lips. Again, there is no transfer of lip ink products from Sea Makeup. This means that, according to the claim, the product is transferproof.
