Brilio.net - Hyperpigmentation is one of the skin problems that often reduces self-confidence. This condition occurs due to the accumulation of melanin that removes the brightness of the skin, so that the skin looks dull, dark, and looks dirty. On the face, hyperpigmentation generally appears in the form of dark patches or what is known as black spots.
One of the main triggers for this condition is constant exposure to pollution and sunlight. UVB rays from the sun, coupled with dirt and pollution, can damage the skin's protective layer. This triggers increased melanin production which causes the skin to become darker and the appearance of dark spots and a dull impression.
However, there is no need to worry. This problem can be overcome by using natural ingredients as an alternative to commercial skincare products. One solution that can be tried is a mixture of coffee, milk, and turmeric, as shared by @thesassynandini_ on Instagram, reported by briliobeauty.net on Friday (12/20).

Milk contains lactic acid, which is part of the alpha hydroxy acids (AHA) group. This lactic acid acts as an exfoliating agent that can gently remove dirt and blemishes from the skin, as well as stimulate the renewal of skin cells. This content makes milk effective for evening out skin tone, reducing dark spots, and brightening the face.

Coffee grounds contain caffeine, antioxidants, and chlorogenic acid. These compounds play a role in stimulating blood circulation and increasing collagen production in the skin. This helps regenerate skin cells, reduce hyperpigmentation, and give the skin a brighter and more even appearance.

Turmeric, as a cooking spice, is rich in curcumin, vitamin C, and antioxidants. Curcumin in turmeric has anti-inflammatory and natural whitening properties that are effective in reducing hyperpigmentation. In addition, turmeric can also increase collagen production, maintain skin moisture, and reduce skin inflammation.
You can use the three ingredients above by following these steps.
