“I’d rather slash my wrists.”
That's what Daniel Craig said to Time Out in 2015 when he was asked whether he's going to perform in another James Bond film.

Moreover, a circulating publication also revealed that Bond's producer Barbara Broccoli is also determined to make Adele to sing another Bond theme following the success of 2012's "Skyfall" which featured the actor and singer's partnership.
“Craig and Adele together are the winning team, the ultimate choice, the money spinners. It’s taken time but Daniel has come round, and the strong consensus in the Bond offices is that Mr Craig is 007 again. As for Adele, she’s more of an unknown quantity but loved being part of Bond, so the signs are positive,” said a source quoted by Mirror.
Craig's change of heart, however, have ended every speculation that says another British actor Idris Elba to take on the role of Mr. Bond. The Dark Tower's main star has been in the odds for playing the next 007 agent along with other rumored candidates like Tom Hardy, Jack Huston, Tom Hiddleston, Michael Fassbender and Aidan Turner.
