Amongst those accomplishments are the largest football tournament, the largest shrimp cocktail, and the largest Day of the Dead altar. So its not too much of a surprise to find out that they have yet another!
This time its for the worlds largest Mexican ceremonial dance! How cool is that?

A total of 260 people danced away in beautiful Mexicali and Aztec outfits near Mesoamerican pyramids. The event was held at the pre-Colombian pyramid site of Teotihuacan, which is approximately 50 kilometers outside Mexico City.

Many of the dancers devoted their participation in the event to indigenous gods. After all, their names are now proudly listed amongst the elite!

Meanwhile alongside them, a group of 457 dancers boast the largest Mexican folk dance, which also made it to the Guinness World Records.
