Brilio.net/en - Singapore is a country with many renowned attributes. One of those would undoubtedly be its world-class education. The government has always been very supportive in assuring that the nation's students are equipped with prime resources and facilities to ensure they obtain a quality educational experience.

In recent times, the Ministry of Education (MOE) approved a plan to integrate student care centers in all of Singapore's primary schools by 2020. The objective is to provide "important after-school support for students, especially those who do not have a conducive and structured environment after school hours and that it is essential that the centers are able to work closely with the school teachers to understand the learning challenges of different students." In the past, voluntary welfare organizations have played an integral role in looking after care centers. Hence, the MOE is seeking to build upon that foundation.

The monthly price range for students who desire attending student care centers is between $260 and $290. Alternatively, the government subsidizes the fees for needy students, resulting in them paying only $5 per month. Let us hope that the students will continually be a part of a highly supportive environment so that they can keep nurturing not only in their education, but also in all other aspects of their lives.
