This award was given based on the results of a Nielsen survey in six major cities in Indonesia: Jabodetabek, Bandung, Surabaya, Semarang, Medan, and Makassar. There are five main indicators that are used as assessments, namely, market dominance, longevity, goodwill, customer loyalty, and overall market acceptancy.
