Richard Schaefer started cosplaying as Disney princes and princesses four years ago. Each makeover takes roughly two hours and he even makes his own costumes, a skill he taught himself in school to take his mind off being bullied.

The 21-year-old freelance makeup artist from Orange County California is surely know how to make lemonade out of the lemons life handed him. When Schaefer was in school, bullies used to babble that he looked rather androgynous. But he decided to turn those taunts into something positive, like turning himself into his favorite Disney princesses.
Schaefer stated that the makeover has helped him to feel more confident as a person, and he has proved it by gaining over 80K followers on Instagram!
