She admitted that the important point of this activity is so that her body can move after eating, not just sitting still, let alone lying down. This process is also done gradually. So the initial process can be started with a leisurely walk slowly, then over time, the speed of walking can be increased. This habit does tend to be healthier. The 46-year-old woman even revealed a series of health benefits that can be obtained from this habit. One of them is helping to reduce the risk of diabetes.
