One of the dishes he showed off on social media was stir-fried green chili claws. In fact, he also has a trick so that the processed claws are not fishy and the spices are absorbed. The first trick, all ground spices consisting of green chilies, onions, ginger, etc. must be ground first using a mortar or traditional pestle.

According to a former national athlete born in 1992, grinding spices manually can provide many advantages compared to using a blender.
