Instagram just announced that they will have the feature to save videos on Instagram Live to our phone after done streaming.
Previously, Instagram Live launched late last year was known to delete the content when your live stream is over, making users unable to re-watch or to post it to Facebook or YouTube.

The upgraded feature puts Instagram on par with Facebook Live or Periscope. A save button will appear at the end of your stream and you only need to tap it to get your video saved to your camera roll. Yes, not on Instagram, so you still won't be able to see the likes, comments or other real-time interactions. But it's better than losing your previous moments, right?
The ability to save live Instagram broadcasts is out yesterday in the latest 10.12 version of the app on both the iOS App Store and Google Play Store.
