So, the kitchen ingredient that is meant to tenderize beef is baking soda. There are many brands that sell this one product, the price also varies from Rp6,000 to Rp8,000 per bottle. The method is, sprinkle the beef pieces with enough baking soda, then stir well.

Add enough water, then stir again so that the baking soda is evenly distributed throughout the surface of the meat. Let stand or marinate the meat for 20 minutes only. Next, the meat can be rinsed and drained before being cooked into any menu as needed.
