In the video he shows kale that has been weeded. However, the kale looks a little wilted. He then showed a trick to keep the kale fresh green. First, prepare the kale in a container, then sprinkle with salt and baking soda.

Next, add water to the pan until the kale is submerged. Stir until the two kitchen ingredients dissolve. As a result, the kale looks fresher as before.

The legendary chef claims that with the help of salt and baking soda, the kale will look fresh and not brown when cooked. Next, rinse the kale using running water. Repeat several times until completely clean.
