" You can thaw frozen fish using a pan, can you? " he wrote in the title of his uploaded video, as quoted by BrilioFood from Instagram @ummubalqishaura, Friday (11/7).
First of all, you need to prepare a stainless steel pan that has been filled half full with plain water or tap water. Take frozen fish meat from the freezer and leave it wrapped in plastic. Then, prepare a plate and place the frozen fish meat that is still wrapped on the plate.

Then, take the stainless steel pan and cover the frozen fish with the stainless steel pan filled with water. This process will help the frozen fish thaw slowly. The reason is, the stainless pan is a conductor that can soften the ice.
