Well, this kitchen ingredient can be very effective in neutralizing the acidity that comes from vinegar. Apart from that, salt also makes tofu more delicious, you know.

However, care must be taken to use this salt so that the tofu can be stored for a long time. First of all, prepare a pan and arrange the tofu in it. If so, pour water until the tofu is completely submerged.

Next, sprinkle enough table salt all over the tofu. After that, boil the tofu for a few minutes. Well, this process will make the tofu denser, so that it doesn't break easily when stored.

Once cool, transfer the tofu to an airtight container. Then pour in the boiled water. Store the tofu and the boiled water in a closed container in the refrigerator.
