Material:
- 3 eggs
- 200 gr granulated sugar
- 250 gr wheat flour
- 1 tsp SP
- Vanilla powder
- 1 tsp taro powder
- 220 ml coconut water
- Taro paste to taste
- 1 grated coconut
How to make:
1. Mixer eggs and granulated sugar until fluffy.
2. Add vanilla and SP, mix for another 5 minutes.
3. Add the flour alternately with the coconut water, stir again with a spatula
4. Add taro paste and taro powder, stir well.
5. Grease the mold with a little oil, arrange the grated coconut on the bottom of the mold, compact it.
6. Pour the mixture until it is almost full.
7. Steam for 15 minutes until cooked.
