First of all, peel the shallots then slice thinly and sprinkle with salt. After that, stir briefly so that the salt is mixed evenly. No need to soak it, the YouTube user immediately rinsed the red onion slices again. Don't forget to drain the shallots until they are completely dry.

Next process, put the sliced red onion into the container. Then sprinkle with rice flour. Stir until the rice flour is mixed evenly.
