This way, beef ribs can be tender in just about 20 minutes. In addition to making the meat more tender, Disty's boiling technique can also remove the fishy smell from the beef ribs, making them more delicious to eat.

After the water is put into the pan, put the beef ribs one by one into it. This time Disty uses 1 kilogram of beef ribs. After 10 minutes, turn off the heat and let the beef ribs sit in the covered pan for 30 minutes. After letting it sit, turn the stove back on and continue the boiling process for 10 minutes.
