To be more precise, the kitchen dregs in question are egg shells. So, these egg shells have a number of benefits that can help maintain the quality of cooking oil.

But before use, these unused eggshells must be washed first. You can simply rinse them under running water until there is no egg residue left. After that, dry them with tissue so that the water is completely gone.
