- Lemongrass
- Bay leaf
- Galangal
- Sugar, salt, pepper, mushroom stock

- Red onion
- Garlic
- A piece of ginger
- Turmeric
- Candlenut
- Coriander
- Cumin
- Pepper and salt to taste

- Boiled bean sprouts
- Fried garlic

How to make:
1. Boil water, add galangal and salam.
2. Add the chopped chicken, cook for a few moments, remove the foam that is on the surface.
