Material:
- 500 gr beef ribs
- 200 gr dried red beans, soak overnight
- 3 sliced garlic cloves
- 1 spring onion, sliced 1 cm
- Fried onions
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper
How to make:
1. Boil the meat with red beans and garlic until tender.
2. Add ground nutmeg, sugar, salt and pepper. Taste correction.
3. Just before lifting, add spring onions.
4. Serve sprinkled with fried onions.
