Fibercream pukis recipe, creamy and super soft in texture

Brilio.net - Pukis are sometimes used as a breakfast menu because they are filling. Not without reason, pukis is made from a mixture of wheat flour and other ingredients. Even if you want it to be creamier , you can add fiber cream to the mixture.

The following has been released by BrilioFood from the Instagram account @sandarisma, a recipe for fibercream pukis which is creamy and has a super soft texture.

Ingredient 1:
- 300 ml of water
- 4 tablespoons fiber cream

Ingredients 2: (mix together, sift)
- 250 gr wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp instant yeast
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk

Ingredient 3:
- 125 gr granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 1/4 tsp fine salt

Ingredient 4:
- 50 gr butter, melted
- 2 drops of pandan paste
- Meses
- Grated cheese

How to make:
1. Boil water and fiber cream until boiling, remove from heat and set aside.
2. Mixer sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla powder until white expands at high speed.
3. Then add ingredient 2, alternating with ingredient 1 little by little. Stir evenly.
4. Pour in the melted butter, stir again evenly.
5. Let the dough rest for an hour. Cover the dough using a napkin.
6. Divide the mixture into 2 parts, 1 part pour pandan paste, stir evenly. Set aside.7. Heat the mold. Test with a splash of water until it sounds cess.
8. Grease the mold with butter. Pour the mixture 3/4 into the mold. Close the mold.
9. Leave the dough until it has holes. Open the lid of the mold and sprinkle the pukis with sprinkles and grated cheese. Close for a moment.
10. Open the lid of the mold and lift the pukis. Do this until the dough runs out.
