Brilio.net - Caring for a blender is not only limited to cleaning it every day, but also keeping it from getting damaged. The use of a blender must be more careful and not careless, especially when blending food. Even though it has been maintained, damage to the blender can still occur. One common problem is a cracked blender glass, often caused by falling. In addition, putting hot food or liquids into the blender glass can also cause cracks in some parts.
Using a cracked blender cup is very dangerous because it can cause liquid to leak and the crack to spread until the cup breaks. Before this happens, it is important to fix it immediately. This method of fixing a cracked blender cup was shared by a YouTube user named JAWAI BC, who explained in detail the steps and materials needed.
As reported by BrilioFood from YouTube JAWAI BC on Wednesday (11/27), just prepare a small razor and dextone glue (black and white iron glue). First, rub the cracked part with a razor. Rub until the surface feels rough.

After that, pour glue on the paper base. One package of dextone glue contains two parts, namely black and white glue. Mix the two glues and smooth them out.

Then take the glue with paper and smear it on the cracked part of the blender glass. Smooth it out while adding more glue until it is thick enough. Then let it sit until the glue dries.

Once dry, the cracks in the blender glass will close again. That way, the blender can be used again. Don't worry, the blender will be safer.
Unfortunately, according to him, this repair method apparently cannot be applied to all types of blenders. He admitted that the cracked blender glass must be made of plastic (thick). Not a blender glass made of glass.
"What about glass?" asked YouTube ijang lomiii.
"If it's made of glass, I suggest you just buy a new blender glass," said YouTube JAWAI BC.
