Brilio.net - Cassava is known not only as a filling food, but also as a delicious snack, both in sweet and savory forms. Cassava processing methods are very diverse, including fried, steamed, boiled, and baked.

Boiled cassava is healthier because it does not use cooking oil. However, not everyone wants or can make boiled cassava because the process is quite long. Hard and dense cassava takes time to become soft and crack.

Many people choose to use a pressure cooker to boil cassava, but not everyone has such a device. Therefore, cassava must be boiled with a regular pot.

However, don't worry, there is a practical way to boil cassava shared by YouTube user ALBUM DIGITAL MAMA. Without the need for a pressure cooker, simply add two kitchen ingredients to the boiling water to speed up the cassava cooking process.

As reported by BrilioFood from YouTube ALBUM DIGITAL MAMA on Thursday (7/11), prepare salt and powdered broth. Then peel the cassava skin first. Don't forget to scrape the skin so that the cassava is not bitter when eaten. If so, wash it clean and cut it into small pieces.
