A TikTok user with the account @bhanuspace has shared a tutorial on making mozzarella using only two ingredients. This method is different from the way mozzarella cheese is usually made, which often uses wheat flour as one of the ingredients.

"Let's make your own mozzarella, with just 2 ingredients it can be super stretchy like this," said the account @bhanuspace.

First, prepare 1 liter of pure cow's milk and 5 tablespoons of vinegar.

Then heat the whole milk until lukewarm or at a temperature of 46 - 48 degrees Celsius. Turn off the heat then add 5 tablespoons of vinegar, stir. Let stand for 2-3 minutes.

After letting it sit for 3 minutes, check the milk fat. If it has clumped to the top and can be collected into one, it is a sign that the process of making mozzarella cheese is successful.

After that, heat the remaining milk, don't let it boil, just until it smokes. Then add the strained mozzarella cheese into the remaining heated milk. Soak for 8-10 seconds.

Then lift the cheese and press it again on the sieve so that the water comes out. After that, put the cheese back into the milk, and repeat again to press or knead it using your hands. Do this process up to four times.
