Cireng prickly ingredients:
- 40 gr tapioca flour
- 120 ml boiling water
Other cireng ingredients:
- 130 gr tapioca flour
- 1 spring onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely grated
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp stock powder
- 1/3 tsp salt
Material contents:
- 5 sausages, cut into small pieces
- 2 red onions, thinly sliced
- 1 clove of garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp stock powder
- To taste cayenne pepper, cut into small pieces
How to make:
1. Filling: saute the shallots and white until fragrant, add the chilies, stir-fry until wilted, add the sausage and other spices, stir well, taste, remove from heat.
2. Cireng: prepare the starter mixture, in a container add tapioca flour, then pour boiling water, stir with a spoon or spatula.
3. Add the other cireng ingredients, stir until smooth with your hands.
4. Coat your hands with tapioca flour, take some of the cireng dough, flatten it, then fill it with the filling, do this until you run out of dough, fry in hot oil, remove from heat, serve warm.
