Material:
- 300 grams of bulung buni or fresh seaweed
- 1 tablespoon of pindang vegetable sauce
- Water for boiling
- Ice water for soaking
Coconut seasoning:
- 1/4 roasted coconut
- 1 cm galangal
Mix the two ingredients then add the pindang sauce
Bulung salad seasoning:
- 2 red chilies or according to taste
- To taste grilled shrimp paste
- Salt according to taste
- Enough granulated sugar
How to serve rujak bulung:
1. Boil water, add the bulung buni for a moment. Remove and immediately plunge into ice water. Drain well.
