Britney’s debut single ‘Baby One More Time’ which remains as her biggest hit is eventually defining her relationship with Christian Grey, a Swedish songwriters in which “hit” to mean “call” as in “hit me up one more time” or “call me one more time.”

This song is more vulgar than we thought since the umbrella in the song is a symbol for protection, like a condom. The lyrics ‘Ooh, baby it’s raining baby come to me, come into me.” Jay Z raps, “Co clouds in my stones,” can roughly interpreted to his testicles are working properly. He then sings it in the man style, “In anticipation for precipitation, stay chips for the rainy day, Jay – Rain Man is back,” which roughly means that he is planning on making it rain.

Lorde admits the song is actually inspired by a photo of the Royals baseball team being raided for autographs that appeared in National Geographic taken by Ted Spiegel. Nonetheless, some people describe the lyrics from the song in relation to the British Royal Family.

Many assume that the song has a deeper meaning than how the singer sung it. In fact, the true meaning is quite literal. Katy Perry told Billboard magazine, “Basically I have this very morbid idea... when I pass, I want to be put into a firework and shot across the sky the Santa Barbara Ocean as my last hurrah.”
5. Smells Like Teen Spirit – Nirvana

As the anthem of 90’s youth, Smells Like Teen Spirit is eventually telling the story of the spray-painted phrase wrote by Kathleen Hanna on Kurt Cobain’s hall which says “Kurt Smells Like Teen Spirit”. Kurt was clueless that Teen Spirit was a brand of a deodorant. Hanna was implying that Kurt smelled like his girlfriend Tobi Vail, who wore that brand of deodorant.

The lyrics, “Swing your partner round and round, end of night, it’s going down, one more shot, another round, end of the night, it’s going down” is telling us about a person who is going to fall down after drinking too many shots. So, it’s not might be a tree falling in the woods.
7. Gangnam Style – Psy

Watching all of those comical scenes on the clip, who knows that Psy is actually making a pressing commentary about social status? Gangnam is a glamour district in Seoul and people who live there are known with their wealthy lifestyle. Running up huge credit card bills, eating cheap ramen noodles in order to afford to buy expensive Starbucks drink so that can get along with elite crowd are the things that Psy tried to bite here.
