Thanks to her persistence in exercising, Yuni managed to maintain her weight at 41 kilograms. This achievement certainly made many people amazed and curious about the secret behind it.
Yuni Shara revealed that she has tried various types of sports throughout her life journey. From pilates to yoga, she continues to look for variations to keep her body fit.
Even at the age of 50, Yuni is still eager to learn new sports. She doesn't hesitate to try tennis.
"Previously, it was pilates, yoga, then when I was 50 years old I learned tennis, holding a racket. Well, I was so happy I took it at 6 o'clock in Bulungan," said Yuni Shara, quoted by brilio.net from Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube on Saturday (28/9).
Unfortunately, Yuni's passion for sports had to be temporarily halted due to health problems. She suffered from frozen shoulder, a condition that causes stiffness and pain in the shoulder and upper arm area.
Despite the obstacles, Yuni did not give up. She decided to return to a sport that was safer for her condition.
"Sometimes, no matter how diligent I am, I get frozen shoulder. Then I go back to Pilates again," he added.
Interestingly, despite exercising diligently, Yuni Shara is not on a strict diet. She still enjoys her favorite foods, including fatty ones like Padang rice. Yuni even honestly admitted that she still likes the typical West Sumatran food.
"Oh, still, how many pieces of fried chicken, Padang rice," he said.
Yuni Shara also shared her experience of gaining weight after giving birth. She revealed the difference between her weight then and now.
"41 (kilograms) at the moment. Once, after giving birth and breastfeeding my two children, I was around 47," she concluded.
