Brilio.net - Repairing village roads is often the government's responsibility. However, it is different for a meatball seller from Dusun Segelan Sidomulyo, Bale Sari Village, Malang, East Java. He uses his personal money to repair damaged roads for the convenience of residents.

Ferry, a bakso stall owner in Batam, decided to repair the village road in his hometown using his own funds. This decision was not an easy step, but he was willing to do it to help the surrounding community.

The badly damaged village road disrupted residents' activities. With its previous condition full of sharp rocks, Ferry's initiative has received praise from many who have felt its benefits.

Ferry began to repair the village road gradually. The road is now smooth thanks to the casting process, replacing the asphalt surface that had long been damaged. Until the fifth stage which was completed last November, the results of Ferry's hard work with the residents have produced a five-kilometer road with a width of five meters.

One social media user shared his admiration for Ferry's efforts. The post showed the repaired road and commented on who was behind the project.

"Don't worry, the owner of BAKSO GUNUNG, BATAM, booosss," commented one netizen, @harianku96_.

The statement shows the enthusiasm of the residents towards the road repairs carried out by Ferry. He was even called a figure who cared about the needs of many people, even without the support of the local government.

In addition, other comments also mentioned the mutual cooperation of residents to support the construction process of this road. Residents work together every day to speed up the work.

"Wow, this is really SAM FERRY N FAMILY, helped by the community's mutual cooperation every day," wrote @karang.taruna.tunas.muda.

Until now, Ferry's story as a meatball seller who is willing to use his personal money to fix the road continues to be an inspiration. Not a few netizens have praised his dedication and sacrifice.

Netizens also salute the solidarity of the residents who helped each other build the road. Without the community, development would not necessarily run smoothly.

"Oh my God, it's so cool.... until Wargane is a crowd of dewe2, Ben Dana Desane is long-lasting, yo... Jan Wargane is very understanding towards the village head," said @happyvirus_loey.

"There is a donor, sis, but he is a local resident, he migrated to Batam, then donated some of his wealth to build the village here," replied @karang.taruna.tunas.muda.

"Watch out, there are government officials who take photos while making performance reports that the costs are borne by the government," quipped @cakbag_mhk.

"So where do the village funds go and what are they used for if the residents build it themselves," said @leogirlbella.

"Oh my gosh, it's like in my mother's village, precisely in Sembon Gunung Kawi Village, a quarter of the road is still plastered. I don't know why development in Malang Regency is so slow, even though there are always village funds every year, right?" said @stellarium13.
