Brilio.net - Previously, it went viral that a seblak stall which was currently recruiting was open to accepting employees. The business, which is located in Ciamis, was founded by a man named Satria. However, what was surprising was that the stall was immediately attacked by hundreds of applicants.

Satria said that he only needed 20 employees to help develop his business. The employee recruitment process is carried out like a professional company. Although, as is known, Satria's business is included in the MSME category .

Many applicants come in formal attire that is predominantly black and white. They brought a brown folder containing an application letter and supporting documents. In turn, they carry out a recruitment process determined by Satria. The appearance can be seen in the TikTok video posted by the account @bangsatria_98.

Looking back a little at Satria's background, it turns out that he once migrated to earn a living in Japan. The first month he was still an intern. After that he was appointed as an employee at a company.

Around the end of 2022, Satria chose to return to Indonesia. With capital of IDR 10 million, Satria thought that he should set up his own business. Arrived at the decision to create a seblak stall.

Satria admitted that his business was only based on reckless capital after returning from Japan. After looking for several locations, he finally decided to rent a place selling used clothes. At that time, Satria did not expect that his stall would be full of visitors even though it had only been running for a year.

"Initially, I was determined to make a capital venture after I returned from Japan. I had IDR 10 million and was just having fun selling clothes at a used clothes shop. Thank God, it was busy and has been going on for a year," he answered when interviewed by brilio.net on Wednesday (22/5).

Seeing that his business is growing rapidly, he intends to increase the number of workers. For this reason, he opened job vacancies. However, it turned out that what happened was completely beyond his expectations as a business owner. Satria admitted that there were 220 applicants who came to the stall.

The flood of applicants coming in makes it difficult for Satria to take care of them. However, he has prepared a recruitment team so that applicants can be coordinated well.

"Thank God, I would say it's overwhelming. But fortunately there is a recruitment team that has been prepared beforehand so it is well coordinated," he said.

In fact, it is natural that information about a seblak stall that has job vacancies is immediately attracted by hundreds of applicants. Because, it turns out that Satria is also an influencer on TikTok. In the past, he often shared his daily activities while working in Japan . He admitted that he shared information about job vacancies at his stall only via Instagram and TikTok status.

It is known that Satria now has 2.5 million followers on TikTok, while his warung seblak TikTok account, which has only been established for a year, has now gathered 31,600 followers. Apart from TikTok, Satria also has an abundant follower base on other social media, both Instagram and YouTube.

Now his business is growing so much that he needs 20 new employees. Satria said that there are around 100-150 bowls of seblak sold every day. In sales, he uses a buffet concept and sells one portion of seblak for IDR 10 thousand.

"If the portions are different, then it runs out every day. Plus, it's a buffet system so you can't determine the price per portion because it varies. But in terms of daily turnover, it can be estimated that there are around 100-150 bowls," said Satria.
