Brilio.net - A unique event occurred in Central Java when a father and son were inaugurated together as members of the DPRD for the 2024-2029 period. Iskandar Zulkarnain (59) and his son, M Rizqi Iskandar Muda (22), were both elected to represent the Gerindra Party from the Central Java Electoral District 13.

The inauguration took place in a plenary meeting at the Central Java DPRD Building, Semarang, on Tuesday. Central Java Electoral District 13 itself covers four regions, namely Batang Regency, Pekalongan Regency, Pekalongan City, and Pemalang Regency.

Interestingly, Rizqi, who was born in Batang on November 9, 2002, holds the title of the youngest legislator in the Central Java DPRD this period. This achievement is certainly in the public spotlight, considering his very young age.

However, behind this brilliant achievement, there are some interesting facts about Rizqi that are starting to be revealed. One of them is his motivation to enter the world of politics which has apparently been embedded since childhood.

Rizqi admitted that his main motivation came from his parents who are also politicians. They always motivated him to pursue a career in politics from an early age.

In fact, Rizqi has had quite ambitious dreams since he was in elementary school. He has big dreams that may sound adorable to some people.

"Secondly, since I was little, I have had the ambition to enter politics. In fact, when I was in elementary school, when I was asked what my ambition was, I wanted to be president," he said, quoted by brilio.net from Merdeka on Saturday (7/9).

Although it was his first time serving as a member of the Central Java DPRD, Rizqi admitted that he was not too surprised by his new role. This is inseparable from his family background which is indeed involved in the world of politics.

However, Rizqi also realized that his new position carries great responsibility. He realized the need to adjust, especially since this is his first experience at the provincial level.

"However, I definitely have to learn to adjust again, especially since it's my first time in the province. So, adjusting is more than before. It's my first experience and this is quite a big mandate, I definitely have to be able to adjust well," he said.

Rizqi's achievement as the youngest DPRD member is indeed impressive, especially considering his status as an active student. Currently, he is in his 5th semester majoring in International Relations at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY).

However, shortly after his inauguration, Rizqi received unpleasant criticism from one of his lecturers. This criticism was related to his declining academic grades on campus.

"Nothing special. My former student. Never mind the public paying attention, even my own class grades are dropping," wrote the lecturer in the @curhatanumy upload discussing Rizqi Iskandar's inauguration, Thursday, September 5.

The comment was apparently just the beginning of a series of criticisms that emerged. Soon after, Rizqi's digital footprint began to be uncovered by netizens.

One of Rizqi's classmates leaked some interesting information. He revealed that Rizqi often troubles his friends when doing group assignments.

"At least go to class and don't bother your group members, you p**i. Class hi noh you're wine," said @tewpis via the X account.

"At least go to class and don't bother your group members. I'm in the same class as him for 2 majors. HI in East Asia and International Security. When we were in HI in East Asia, we had group assignments to make papers and presentations, divided up. His part was a mess, his language was really AI, there's money there, I see, why don't you just jockey for his part," wrote the account owner.

Getting comments from his lecturers and college friends, netizens also mocked his figure. Moreover, currently nepotism is a topic of conversation on social media because many officials do it.

" How much do you think this father and son package will cost? " asked @BaekBoy__.

" As long as you have money and people on the inside, you can do anything ," said @Irenetarigan.

"' INAUGURATED WITH WHO? HIS FATHER'. Hmmm and dynasty politics is happening again ," said @leolanya.

" That's really great, so the DPRD doesn't need to study for a bachelor's degree, the salary is big, asdfghjklasu. Just to be a teacher, after a bachelor's degree, you have to have a profession, etc. the salary is very high -//:;(:&:);"/$$$ ," said @hildu_.
