It is known that at that moment the truck carrying asphalt fell and almost rolled over. This incident occurred on Jalan Bunga Kenanga Raya, Medan Selayang District, Medan City on Saturday (20/7).
This incident started when an online motorcycle taxi driver named Ade Firmansyah was waiting for a customer and was hanging out on the side of the road. At that time, the project car carrying asphalt was indeed active. So, while waiting for the order, the online motorcycle taxi was passed by a truck carrying hot asphalt.

Ade said that suddenly the road the truck was crossing collapsed. This caused the truck carrying the asphalt to collapse and almost roll over. He, who was nearby, admitted that he had no time to avoid this unfortunate incident.
"I actually got an order there, so I stopped there and talked to the customer. The car was indeed active. The first one had been unloaded and was already running. The second one backed away, suddenly collapsed," he said at the hospital as reported by merdeka6.com on Tuesday (23/7).
The load the truck was carrying immediately spilled due to the shaking. As a result, half of an ojol driver's body was crushed by hot asphalt. He then asked the people around him for help.

"I was right next to it, I told my customer to leave and I tried to back off. Unfortunately, I wasn't fast enough, the car collapsed faster," he continued.
Seeing this incident, people flocked to get Ade Firmansyah out of the asphalt spill. Armed with hoes, they tried to dismantle the spill until Ade could get out. There were also those who tried to pull Ade's hand as hard as they could.
After several efforts, Ade Firmansyah was finally able to be evacuated safely. Even though he had to suffer burns on several parts of his body. After that, Ade was taken to RSU Tere Margareth Ringroad.

Regarding this incident, the truck owner and the person in charge of the project have responded. They are ready to cover all of Ade's medical costs while undergoing treatment at the hospital.
