The controversy behind leadership style and wealth
However, behind the impressive wealth report, Satryo faced sharp criticism from employees in his ministry. The protest by ASN in front of the Kemendikti Saintek office highlighted the alleged arrogance and arbitrary policies implemented by Satryo.
Banners with satirical messages such as "State institutions are not private companies" became a symbol of employee dissatisfaction with their leadership. Some employees even expressed their personal experiences of feeling unfairly treated.
