The next stage is Ausbildung, which is a work training program that combines theory and direct practice. This program lasts for three to three and a half years, where participants work in a company or related institution for three days a week and study at a vocational school for two days.

The goal of Ausbildung is to create a ready-to-use workforce with skills and hands-on work experience. Upon graduation, program participants will receive a professionally recognized certificate that is equivalent to a D3 graduate in Indonesia.
"What is clear is that I do not regret slowly rebuilding my life in Germany," he said.
Now, after almost two years in Germany, she has successfully started a career as a nurse with only a culinary vocational school diploma. In fact, in Indonesia, her job options were limited to restaurants, hotels, or shops with low salaries.
