The number of footsteps to your office, the number of seconds before answering the phone, etc. It can be literally anything and the only way to get read of this obsessing habit would be to listen to music or a relaxing sound, to help your brain focus on something else and disconnect during those counting moments!

2. Always having the impression to be infected by germs all the time
And because of that, you wash your hands literally all the time! Good news, the germs in a normal quantity that actually naturally support our defence mechanism to be more resistant against bacteria! Try to remove at least one hand washing per day!

3. Not being able to close a door without having the impression you forget something behind

Did I turn off the light? The gas? Where is my key? I remembered asking myself but did I actually check? Its a never ending vicious cycle!

4. Fear of something bad to happen when not respecting a certain ritual
The most common one apparently: everyone has its own personal mental list of things to do in which that makes them feel comfortable, safe or simply good!

5. Sorting things out in a compulsive way
