Why rule only for two terms when you can do six?

With the 2016 election looming, President Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey) continues his campaign against Republican Governor Will Conway (Joel Kinnaman) while he maintains his marriage with his wife and running mate, Claire (Robin Wright). The fifth season trailer dropped on Monday also unveils Underwood's mad vision the dreams to rule for the next six terms.
The series creator Beau Willimon would not be in this season as Melissa James Gibson and Frank Pugliese from season 3 would serve as showrunners.
Michael Kelly, Jayne Atkinson, Neve Campbell, Derek Cecil, and Paul Sparks will also star the series that premieres on May 30.
