The event was attended by various national figures, including Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan and Indonesian Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, Nadiem Makarim .

During the series of activities, Pope Francis took the time to have a dialogue with the international education movement Scholas Occurrentes, which he initiated in 2013. This movement focuses on developing education for children throughout the world, especially in building the values of unity and solidarity among young people.

During their visit, there was an interesting moment when Nadiem and Franka brought their child before Pope Francis. In a warm atmosphere, the Pope gave a special blessing to the couple's child, creating a touching moment for the Makarim family and those in attendance.
