The police has been named AMR, 16, a suspect following the death of a Taruna Nusantara high school student Krisna Wahyu Nurachmad, 15, this afternoon.
"We have named a suspect," said the Magelang Police Chief AKBP Hindarsono to brilio.net.
Previously, the the National's Police Forensic deployed from Semarang had discovered a number of evidences in the crime scene including a knife, pants and shirts with blood stains. In addition, investigation team had also questioned 13 witnesses which led to the identification of the suspect.
CCTV camera installed to a supermarket outside the school also showed the perpetrator buyinga knife he allegedly used to kill the victim.
Hindarsono added that AMR's motive is related to a conflict between him and the victim who onceborrowed the former's phone and got it confiscated by the school authority as 10th graders are not allowerd to bring phones to the school.
Krisna Wahyu Nurachmad was found dead with a wound on his neck in his bed in the school's dormitory when a caretaker officer tried to wake him up for morning prayer.
Krisna's body has been taken to his family for burial after undergoing the autopsy in the Magelang City Hospital.
