Anies-Sandis win was announced by commissioner Betty Epsilon Idroos.

We officially decided that in the second leg of Jakarta Election 2017, the governor and deputy-elect are the one receiving the most votes, Anies Baswedan and Sandiaga Salahudin Uno with Gerindra and PKS (Prosperous Justice Party) as their supporting parties. This decision is valid since the date it was signed, she said this afternoon.

The Jakarta Elections Commission will then send the decision letter to the Jakarta Parliament, Home Affairs Minister and President Joko Widodo. Authorities from KPU Jakarta have also said before that none of the competing candidates would file any election-related dispute to the Constitutional Court, thus their decision will be in effect as soon as it is signed and announced.
