A different scenewas seenwhen Jakarta Acting Governor Djarot Saiful Hidayat conductedpublic complaint hearing at the Jakarta City Hall, today.

There was no usualsingle big line seen as the residents comingwere now divided into five queues.

Starting today, Djarot modified the system by classifying the residents in five lines based on the topic they were going to complain: education, health, licensing, housingor other general issues.

"The previous system was already good, but we improve it. Later, he [Djarot] will come to every line," said Head of Jakarta Administration Division of the Regional Head and Foreign Cooperation Puspla Dirdjaja at the City Hall.

Djarot said he had received the approval from his predecessorBasuki Tjahaja Purnama for the new system.

"When I was in Cipinang Prison, I conveyed my idea and he approved it," said Djarot.

Since Wednesday, Home Affairs Minister Tjahjo Kumolo appointed Jakarta Deputy Governor Djarot as acting governor of Jakarta until the end of current administration's period, October 2017, to replace Ahok who was sent to jail for blasphemy against Islam.
