Brilio.net - The alleged molestation and abortion case involving Vadel Badjideh and Lolly alias Laura Meizani has again attracted public attention. Vadel Badjideh, who is the accused in this case, reportedly will not fulfill the summons of the South Jakarta Metro Police investigators. This decision was conveyed by his attorney, Razman Arif Nasution, on Friday (27/9).
Razman Arif Nasution revealed two main reasons why his client could not attend the police's invitation for clarification. The first reason is related to Vadel Badjideh's poor health condition. Meanwhile, the second reason is related to the process of collecting additional evidence that is being carried out by the legal team.
The decision not to comply with the police summons has certainly raised various speculations among the public. Many parties are waiting for direct clarification from Vadel Badjideh regarding the accusations made by Nikita Mirzani and her attorney, Fahmi Bachmid. Razman Arif Nasution further explained about his client's health condition which was the main reason for his absence from the police summons. He emphasized that his party had coordinated since the day before regarding Vadel Badjideh's condition.
"First, brother Vadel Alfajar Badjideh is not feeling well. We have been coordinating since yesterday afternoon. And that has caused him to not be able to fulfill the intended invitation," said Razman, quoted by brilio.net from Liputan6 on Friday (27/9).
In addition to health issues, Razman also highlighted the importance of collecting additional evidence in handling this case. He emphasized that Vadel Badjideh's legal team is committed to handling this case professionally.
"(Secondly) as well as my team, I honestly say that we want to be truly professional in handling this case. As the team leader, I and my friends are currently collecting additional evidence that we have," he said.

On the same occasion, Razman Arif Nasution also responded to accusations from Nikita Mirzani regarding her press conference activities. He denied the assumption that she often held press conferences related to this case.
Razman emphasized that his party only held a press conference once, and the rest were requests from journalists. He actually highlighted that Nikita Mirzani and Fahmi Bachmid appeared more often in the media.
"I honestly say that if there are any statements from Ms. NM, who said that I was busy with press conferences, that is wrong. My press conference was only once, the rest were requested by journalists," Razman Arif Nasution revealed.
