Brilio.net - Tiko Arywardhana, Bunga Citra Lestari's husband, shocked the public with the news that he had been reported to the police for fraud and embezzlement. The shaved-headed man was reported by his ex-wife, Arina Winarto (AW) to the South Jakarta Metro Police.
According to Leo Siregar, as AW's legal advisor, the total loss suffered by his client reached IDR 6.9 billion. The alleged embezzlement of funds occurred from 2015 to 2021. However, it was only escalated to the investigation stage in February 2024.
It was revealed that Leo, AW and Tiko had founded a company called PT Arjuna Advaya Sanjaya which was engaged in the food and beverage sector. AW, who served as company commissioner, poured out a number of funds to capitalize the entire company.

"Our client and Tiko founded a company operating in the food and beverage sector. At that time our client became a commissioner, while Tiko became a director. But for the company's capital, everything came from our client," said Leo, quoted by brilio.net from Kapanlagi. com, Tuesday (4/6).
After the company was founded, Leo said that AW was more passive in its business. Tiko, who serves as director, has full authority to manage the company's business activities, including matters related to finance. Seeing that everything was running smoothly, AW was shocked when Tiko wanted to close the business in 2019 because he couldn't pay the rent.

"Our client knew his business was running smoothly, but suddenly in 2019 Tiko said his business was going to close because he couldn't pay the rent. Well, this is strange," explained Leo Siregar.
Unsupervised authority is suspected to be an opening for Tiko Aryawardhana to carry out bad intentions that are detrimental to the company. Plus, AW's suspicions became stronger when he found two profit and loss documents. After comparing the two documents, AW found that there were allegations that the reports were manipulated to hide the company's true financial condition .
"Our client conducted an investigative audit through an independent auditor and found findings regarding the use of funds amounting to Rp. 6.9 billion whose use was not clear. And because there was no good faith on the part of the person concerned to provide clarification and explanation, our client then reported this incident to the police ," said Leo Siregar.
Because Tiko did not have good intentions to provide clarification regarding the funds, Arina reported it to the police. However, Tiko Aryawardhana has not responded to the police report submitted by his ex-wife.
As is known, Tiko Aryawardhana married Arina Winarto on June 26 2014 and officially divorced in 2021. Meanwhile, Tiko Aryawardhana married BCL in December 2023.
