Brilio.net - Tiko Aryawahardana, BCL's husband, is currently in the spotlight after being reported for embezzlement by his ex-wife Arina Winarto (AW) to the South Jakarta Metro Police. In his report, it was stated that Tiko had embezzled funds amounting to IDR 6.9 billion. The police said that the case had entered the investigation stage.
After a lot of news circulated regarding his reporting, finally Bunga Citra Lestari's (BCL) husband's camp spoke out. Through his attorney, Irfan Aghasar, he reviewed the case which had been reported two years ago until it finally entered the investigation stage.
Irfan said that the case involving his client was only being bombarded at this time, because Tiko had become a public figure after marrying BCL. Furthermore, Tiko's ex-wife deliberately made this case known to many people.

"Don't bombard these efforts, if it's not today, public figures can't report this, right? Who is Tiko, if not the wife of a public figure? Why not be bombarded in 2022," said Irfan at a press conference, quoted brilio.net from merdeka.com on Wednesday (5/6).
Due to the public figure's status, Irfan suspects that this is a strategy to support the case so that it can be processed quickly. Therefore, he hopes that the case will be resolved openly.
"We will take it upon ourselves to ask for an open case title, and colleagues also know how to hold an open case and open exposure as is done at the Regional Police and Bareskrim," he said.
"This is the Metro Police, so we asked that it be held at the Metro Police. Because this area is in the Metro Police," added Irfan.
Not without reason, Irfan asked that the case be held openly so that any irregularities in the report could be straightened out. Moreover, his party found differences in the audit results with the alleged embezzlement of IDR 6.9 billion. According to Irfan, the figures reported by AW did not match the police verification.

"From the reporting side, the alleged embezzlement or fraud was said by the reporter to be Rp. 6.9 billion. Verification from the police stated that it was not that much. So this figure alone is confusing between the reporting and the police," he said.
Apart from that, Irfan also touched on the history of the founding of the company PT Arjuna Advaya Sanjaya (ASS), which operates in the food and beverage sector. He said, the business was built based on a mutual agreement when they were husband and wife.
In the agreed clause, each of them has received a share of ownership rights (shares). It was stated that 35% of the shares were controlled by AW, 20 percent controlled by Tiko and the rest was owned by AW's father. According to Irfan, there is an oddity here when AW claims that he should have consciously understood that the company's business investment could suffer losses.
"If the person concerned (AW) serves as a commissioner, if there is a problem with the company as a commissioner, I have to ask the director, namely Tiko, even though he is her husband at that time, how the company is going, running smoothly or not making a loss or not," he added.
"Don't just want to make a profit, don't want to lose. If he is carrying out his position in the motivation of reporting at the Police as a commissioner, I will ask you as a commissioner whether you have carried out your function as a commissioner or not," added Irfan.
Irfan also said that AW as commissioner had no role in carrying out supervision. It was proven that he was only passive during the running of the company. AW never even carried out the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) agenda.
"There has never been such a process, if the motivation as a shareholder has ever been, have you as a shareholder asked the directors to be accountable, in this case our client, at a general meeting of shareholders," he said.
Because of this, Irfan also wants this case to be investigated further. Because, internal problems that occur in the company should be included in civil law. However, Tiko was actually processed in the criminal realm.
"We also ask our media colleagues in this case not to oppress this issue which should be private, but has been brought into the criminal realm," he concluded.
