Brilio.net - BUMN Minister Erick Thohir appointed two new names to fill the position of commissioner of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) at the annual general meeting of shareholders (AGMS). First, Erick appointed Fauzi Baadilla as Independent Commissioner of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero).
"That's right, Mr Fauzi Baadila is the independent commissioner of PosIND," said VP Corporate Communication Pos Indonesia, Heri Nugrahanto, quoted by brilio.net from Liputan6.com, Friday (19/7).
Apart from that, Erick also appointed Muhammad Budi Djatmiko as Independent Commissioner of Pos Indonesia. At the GMS, the Ministry of BUMN also confirmed the dismissal of Guntur Iman Nofianto on April 1 2024 because his term of office had ended. This determination was conveyed at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) for the 2023 Financial Year of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) on Thursday, 18 July 2024.
