Brilio.net - Singerdut singer Inul Daratista reveals the challenges he faced in his career in the world of Indonesian music. Remembering the difficult times at the start of his career, he felt compelled to share with buskers on the streets.
Inul said that she always prepared cash in her bag to give to buskers she met, and she did this habit every time she left the house.
"I really like giving money to buskers, every day," said Inul, quoted by brilio.net from KapanLagi on Saturday (20/7).

This habit is a form of Inul's empathy for those who struggle on the streets. Meeting buskers always reminds him of the past when he himself was struggling.
"Back then I didn't have much money, I worked in a dangdut cafe from 8 pm to 2 am for only IDR 20 thousand. I sang until I was exhausted, burned out, and my salary was only IDR 23 thousand," he recalled.
As a form of support, Inul routinely prepares IDR 10 million in her wallet to distribute to buskers.

"Usually I keep IDR 10 million in my wallet to give to buskers," he said.
Inul hopes that with this habit she can provide encouragement and lighten the burden on the buskers she encounters. He believes that sharing is the best form of empathy and caring.
He also teaches the value of sharing to his son, by inviting him to give money to buskers or hawkers.

"If a busker asks, I teach my child to give money. In this way, my child can imitate the caring attitude that I exemplify," he explained.
Through this simple habit, Inul Daratista hopes that her children will grow up with a caring and generous attitude, following the example she set. Inul shows how important it is to share and help other people, especially those who are in trouble.
