Previously, the 36-year-old woman had delayed registering for divorce because of the issue of still wanting to maintain her marriage. However, now he has officially registered the lawsuit at the Cibinong Religious Court, West Java.
This was done by a woman who is often called Dewi and her attorney, Minola Sebayar. The divorce suit against Andrew Andika was registered on Thursday (6/6) via e-court.
Reporting from merdeka6.com, Minola Sebayar said that his party had fulfilled the requirements for registering the husband and wife's divorce lawsuit. The next step is to wait for the trial schedule and the divorce case number between the two.

"Registration was carried out at around 14.36 (WIB), we have registered it and it has been confirmed by the Supreme Court of Indonesia. We have a WA regarding discussing online registration information, the registration date is June 6 2024, PACBN registration number 06062024 WIL," said Minola Sebayar in the Kuningan area, South Jakarta, quoted by brilio.net from merdeka6.com, Thursday (6/6).
According to Minola, it usually takes some time to carry out the process until the case number is issued. Even though there is no lawsuit case number yet, he formally said that Tengku Dewi has officially filed for divorce from her husband Andrew Andika .

"So maybe in 1 or 2 days, the case number will come out, just waiting for that. But we have formally registered Tengku Dewi's divorce lawsuit against Andrew Andika." he continued.
Furthermore, Minola explained the reasons why her client filed for divorce. According to him, this is still related to Andrew's alleged affair. Because of this, Andrew is said to be unable to maintain the purity of the household and this has been regulated by the marriage law regarding divorce.
"So the reason is as regulated in letter A, which can be interpreted as a violation that does not maintain the sanctity of the household, which is the same as adultery. So that is our reason, of course with several other things legally," he explained.

Apart from that, Tengku Dewi also included the issue of child custody in her lawsuit. He asked that the child be raised by Tengku Dewi after the divorce. However, Minola's client did not include the issue of dividing assets like this.
"So this is what we are asking for custody. Regarding the property, we are not including it in this lawsuit, considering that Tengku Dewi and Andrew Andika are married, they have a prenuptial agreement," concluded Minola.
